OUR SALMON SEASONING IS A DELICIOUS BLEND OF 14 HERBS AND SPICES THAT WORK SO WELL WITH SALMON FILLETS. TUNA STEAKS. OTHER FISH AND SEAFOOD. MILDLY SPICED, CITRUSY AND PACKED WITH FLAVOUR. FOR SALMON SIMPLY MIX WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL AND COAT ALL THE NON SKIN/FLESH SIDES OF THE MEAT BEFORE OVEN BAKING IN LOOSE TINFOIL OR PAN FRYING. CAN ALSO BE SKILLETED OVER A BBQ. GIVES A DELICIOUS BAKED/BLACKENED SALMON COATING.
